Step1:  Meet Us

Come down and meet us, watch a class, and ask questions.  Try a class or two for free.
Class times are posted on our web site.

Step 2: Training Objective

Determining your initial training objectives.

Training Track- if you’re new to martial arts or need to get back into great shape than the initial focus of your training will be fitness and technical growth.  As your confidence and physical ability grows you can start to explore sparing and rolling.  Over time a calm confidence begins to take shape and many BJJ students start thinking about competing.  Competition is not for everyone and many students never enter competition.

Competition Track - for those who intend to compete we are building a team training program to help you excel in competition. To enter the team training program you have to be physical ready and demonstrate proficiency in BJJ.

Step 3: Membership Type
